Nurses, pharmacists, social workers and other union-represented health care workers at Sparrow Hospital are voting today whether to accept a new contract or authorize their leaders to call a strike.
Parents can now donate cord blood after birth (WPMT-TV York)
For the first time, South Florida parents can follow up the joy of childbirth by donating the life-saving blood from their baby's umbilical cord. Life-size, computerized manikins are just one of the upgrades at the newly renovated College of Nursing building on campus.
