The state Department of Public Health has fined a local nursing home for two separate violations of the state Public Health Code.

The flu is in Oklahoma and the number of cases is rising. FOX23 found out that the Oklahoma State Department of Health has reported 63 people have been hospitalized with influenza since Dec. 23. FOX23 found out that local clinics in Green Country have been filled with patients who are attempting to ward off the sickness.
