In just 20 years, the Wisconsin Center for Nursing predicts Wisconsin could see a shortage of 20,000 registered nurses.

Gail Wibel, who retired from Cartersville Medical Center with more than 38 years of service, looks at a photo of the hospital presented to her from Lisa Ponder, RN, that includes the written well-wishes of current and former co-workers.
