| Nursing - News March 21, 2014 Beaumont Health System, Botsford Health Care and Oakwood Healthcare have signed a letter of intent and begun exclusive negotiations about combining their operations into a new health care system. Mediation talks started Friday between Nova Scotia's largest health authority and the union representing about 2,400 registered nurses, who will be in a legal strike position in two weeks.
